We evaluate properties based on:

  • Privacy and separation from neighbouring properties
  • Secure boundary fencing and gates
  • Quiet locations away from busy areas
  • Private outdoor spaces
  • Quiet local walking routes
  • Distance from potential triggers
  • Overall dog friendliness


The Verified Badge

Properties displaying our Verified Badge have been personally inspected by either myself and my reactive dog Loki, or one of our trusted Spot Surveyors. We conduct detailed on-site assessments, checking everything from fencing to noise levels.

We even walk the surrounding areas to get a feel for quiet routes and potential challenges or triggers, so you know just what to expect and can decide if a spot is right for you.


Spots Without Verification?

These spots will have been virtually assessed and discussed with the host in detail, prior to confirming the appropriateness and/or have had a substantial number of positive recommendations from reactive or anxious dog parents/guardians within our community.


You Can Sleep Easy 

This hands-on verification gives you extra peace of mind when booking, knowing that another reactive dog parent has walked the space with their unique understanding of what matters most.
