Extra features

Secure Paddock
This spot has exclusive access to a private paddock, which is securely fenced with stock fencing and offers stunning views of Bredon Hill and the peaceful surrounding countryside. Within the paddock, guests can enjoy the summerhouse, which features sheltered seating, a BBQ, a fire pit, and a mini fridge - an ideal spot to unwind after exploring the area, while your dog safely runs around in the secure space.

The host uses this paddock with her dogs, and usually takes her dogs out very early in the morning. However, pop her a message and she'll avoid using it for the duration of your stay.

Things to note

No Garden
This spot doesn't have its own dedicated grassy garden space - here's a front patio area that isn't fenced, and then the large paddock for your dogs.

Spiral Staircase
The stunning spiral staircase, while adding charm and character to the barn, may pose a challenge for those less steady on their feet. Its narrow, winding design requires careful navigation, making it unsuitable for dogs or those with mobility issues.

Neighbouring Dogs
The space is shared with other properties, so you may hear or see neighbouring dogs/humans, although it's generally very quiet.

Nestled in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, the interior is full of rustic charm, with delightful hare-themed accents adding to its character. Thoughtful touches await, including a jar of dog treats, food and water bowls, and some freshly made flapjacks if you are lucky, making it an ideal spot to relax and unwind. Dogs are also welcome on the furniture making it a haven for guests travelling with canine companions.

Guests are treated to a delicious continental breakfast, delivered to your door at a time that suits you (between 8:00 and 9:30 am). For those who enjoy leisurely mornings, the barn is equipped with a fridge, kettle, toaster, and microwave, allowing you to prepare light snacks or a warm drink at any time.

The double bed is tucked away in a beautiful lofted space, accessed by a striking spiral staircase that enhances the barn’s charm.
