This property has exclusive use of 1.5-2 acre field, available for use outside of hay-making season. This is fully fenced with post and rail fencing - smaller dogs may require a long line.
Dogs On Beds
Dogs may snuggle up in bed with you but pease bring your own bedding protectors if dogs are to be sleeping with you on the beds. However, throws for the sofas are provided.
Things to note
The garden is fully fenced, and is a mix of grass, patio and decking, All the fencing is 1m+ as well as raised so some parts are over six feet. The smallest gap is the decking railing is approximately 10-15cm wide, so a very small dog could squeeze through.
There can sometimes be cows/sheep in the fields surrounding the property and some sounds may be heard in the distance.
Set in a quiet location, there’s a small chance of seeing people or cars pass by if you leave all the blinds open as there is a large window/glass doors in the living room space.
The village is a quiet, single road (20mph) hamlet so the number of people walking past is minimal, during school term time there may be 15 mins at 3.15 pm where if the parking overspills you may get a few parents walking past the property.
