Extra features

The Fencing
The garden is fully fenced to 1.2m high - there is stock fencing with post and rail to keep your dog safe. Whilst it's harder to spot on photos, the end gate at the foot of the garden has secondary chicken wire type fencing to cover the gaps.

Woodland Walk
In addition to the field, there is also a small woods to explore. This isn't fenced, but it's a gorgeous walk and has a stream for water-loving dogs to splash in.

Fenced Field
An enclosed field, with a flip sign for when it's in use, is just a short walk from the cabin and is for the sole use of guests - the perfect space for your dog to enjoy off-lead time without encountering other humans or dogs.

Things to note

The car park
Parking is in a shared space with one other cabin, which is located on the other side of a large section of empty decorative field/garden. It's unlikely you'll see the other guests during your stay, potentially only passing in the carpark, hence making it very easy to avoid contact for dogs that may struggle with strangers.

As such, it's unlikely you'll see or hear the other guests during your stay unless you arrive or depart at the same time. (I'm sure this could be arranged in advanced with the host if needed).

The host has dogs on site, although they're accustomed to putting them away upon request. If your dog is reactive or anxious around other dogs, just let the host know, and they'll keep them away for the duration of your stay.

Chickens
Cluckingham Palace is a large fenced-in coup, which you can easily avoid going near, whilst accessing the woodland walk and the field. Unless your dog really struggles with scents they are very unlikely to affect your stay, but do provide delicious eggs for the mini farm shop.

With its enclosed garden, and private access to a fully fenced walking field, as well as other open fields and woodland walk on site, this is the perfect spot for energetic dogs. The walkies literally start where the garden ends - just open the gate at the bottom of your garden and you're off! With its own purpose build enclosed field just a short walk from the cabin, dogs can also enjoy off-lead time without encountering other dogs. Guests can simply change the signage on the gate to indicate when the field is in use.

The cabin itself is cosy quirky and well-equipped, and charmingly decorated with bee-themed accents throughout, providing all the comforts you need for a relaxing stay. After a day of exploring Pembrokeshire, unwind in front of the log burner or on the decking in your private garden listening to birdsong, or watching the squirrels leap across the branches in a game of chase.

Logs for the log burner are also provided and should you be in the mood for an omelette, you can whip one up with fresh eggs from Cluckingham Palace (the on-site chickens) which are available in a small honesty shop near the carpark, alongside delicious homemade pickles, jams and a handful of other useful items.

Humans are warmly welcomed too, with Welsh cakes and a fridge stocked with milk for your cuppa upon arrival.

Three standard-size dogs are welcome due to the size of the cabin, however, they are are open to more on request.
