Guests can indulge in a relaxing soak in the luxury covered hot tub, available as an optional extra for £50 per short break. Conveniently located a one-minute walk from the cottages, next to Scentral Bark, this exclusive experience offers ultimate comfort and privacy for a three-night weekend or four-night midweek stay. The hot tub is fenced in with a small secure 4.5ft fence with wide and uninterrupted countryside views.

Availability is limited, and bookings are taken on a first-come, first-served basis, so guests are encouraged to check before finalising their stay.

BBQ Hut Hire
Guests can escape into a magical evening in an enchanting BBQ Hut, where warm flickering lights cast a cosy glow over rustic reindeer hides and charming wooden décor. The air is filled with the crackle of the ready-to-use open BBQ, while soft music plays in the background, setting the perfect atmosphere for a night of laughter and togetherness. Every detail is thoughtfully prepared, from elegant crockery and glassware to charcoal and BBQ tools, so all that’s left to do is bring delicious food, fine wine, and great company. Available from spring to autumn for £25 per person. Guests can leave their dogs in the cottage with the use of a dog monitor or requesting a dog sit from the host.

Scentral Bark 
"Scentral Bark," is an on site dog enrichment garden exclusively for guests to enjoy during their stay. It's full of interactive items like tyre tunnels, tug toys, a paddle pool and a mini ball pit. It provides a secure space filled with fun play structures and plenty of room for zoomies. Nothing in the park is too precious, so dogs are free to dig to their hearts' content. Scentral Bark is fully enclosed with 6ft deer fencing (smaller at the bottom so little dogs can't fit through or under.

Depending on grazing sheep may be visible in the fields opposite.

Forest Nearby 
Brechfa Forest is a large woodland walk located within walking distance or a short drive from the property. Elements of the walk are on wide track style roads while other parts are narrow pathway - if your dog struggles with narrow paths you could take a shorter walk and turn back as the paths start to narrow. 

On-site dog sitters available for a small fee should reactive dog owners wish to eat out and leave dogs that would feel more comfortable left in the cottage with someone. 

Things to note

Free-roaming sheep are present on-site, which may be challenging for dogs unaccustomed to livestock. Please take extra care when walking near fields or open areas, and always be mindful of your surroundings.

Parking for this accommodation is shared between the three accommodations on-site and is located a short distance from The Bike Shed.

The garden area has a picket fence and some shrubs surrounding it, however the fence is see-through and over-looks the hosts garden. As such, her two beagles could be glimpsed through the small gaps between the shrubs as if they roam the garden, or a large dog may see over the shrubs into the garden.

Guests with dog-reactive dogs should be aware that the owner has two friendly but excitable Beagles on-site. While they can be kept away upon request, they may be visible or audible as their garden fence runs along the pathway to the dog park. If needed, guests can request for the Beagles to be kept inside while walking to and from the dog park to ensure a more comfortable experience, especially for dogs that are reactive to others.

Open to all guests at no extra cost, Scentral Bark is a shared between the two other accommodations on site, so it may not always be available.
